What is the Cloud & SF?

What is the reason behind SAP HR replacement by SAP SF? - As entire Globe is moving around the word “Cloud”, now it has become mandatory for every technology or a tool to convert it’s dynamics, structure, architecture, trade-offs and everything into CLOUD. SAP, a rich technology in Consulting at client and now-a-mass technology at student, has different modules in it and SAP-HR is one among them, learned by lacks. The reason behind this huge competition for SAP-HR is just due to the huge number of trainers availability as SAP software is freely available from cracked-market. As far as our decades of technology expertise, worked for many enterprise allocations and its development, we’ve seen all the hell ‘n’ back of resources when they get recruited. I recommend the technology or a tool what you opted for getting a job or to change to another job, should be new to the market, and the training feasibility of it should be very less in the market. It makes you a dependable in an organization and will be a no-other-go for a company until they made you to join in. It will be possible when that technology or tool is of CLOUD. As any CLOUD based technology or tool is not an installable-software, and which can run by accessing its software instance as a service through internet in your own browser. It can be possible only for MiNdLiNkS to provide you training & practicing with a software instance by an expert from every ground of HCM domain and it’s technologies. You can avail Online & Classroom & Virtual-Classroom training with assured job assistance and references.

What does a course entail?

The length and content of each Success Factors course will be vast and vary. Each module assumes few proposed hours of study per day and it is strongly advised to schedule no other work during the course time as this impedes the ability to learn the content and pass the course.

Who should attend?

  • SAP HR [Functional], SAP-HR [Technical], SAP-ABAP [HR],  SAP ESS, SAP MSS, SAP EP, SAP ABAP, SAP PI, SAP XI, SAP BASIS and PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion HCM, Workday HCM Consultants {without any other go…}
  • HR Domain experienced professionals, HR Generalists, Staffing & Recruiters, Resource Managers, Resource Deployment Managers, HR graduates / post graduates
  • SAP/Siebel/Peoplesoft/Sales Force etc.,  [ERP/CRM/BPM] Business consultant, Developers / Programmers / Middleware tool consultants, Test engineers / Test leads, Reporting Analysts from any technology who want to become SAP consultants.
  • MBA, BBA, MCA, M.Sc, B.Tech, B.E Fresher / Experienced people
  • Entry-level Software professionals (From any background)

Can I see & Practice on SF software?

Yes, that’s can only be happened by MiNdLiNkS. As its not an installable software and not available from Hyderabad streets, everyone think that there won’t be an opportunity to work with the tool instead of reading screenshots. MiNdLiNkS only an organization providing instance for all students to practice daily 15 Hours of equipped and managed lab also with MiNdLiNkS. We provided only screenshots in the past for practice, but soon SAP got acquired SF, we started offering Cloud Software Instance also to each individual without charging extra.

What sort of experience do I need?

There is no particular experience required, but it does help to be familiar with the module you are taking and to have bit knowledge of XML. Business process experience is not required for the training, but it helps to understand the various functions of the application that you are learning.

Are there any prerequisites to take the Training?

As mentioned above, to undertake any module of Success Factors course you must complete the Introduction to Mastery module which comes first in queue and its includes in training.

What about Success Factors Certification?

Customers have said that they “don’t need their Success Factors Consultants to be certified”. In the past, a consultant had to complete the Introduction to Mastery, a Mastery course, and complete 2 full projects as the lead consultant to obtain official Success Factors certification and one should be an employee of SF partnering company. It was announced at SuccessConnect 2013 that going forward Success Factors wants to better align their Certification Program with SAP, so they have announced some changes to their Consultant Certification Program. They are introducing 2 levels of certifications in different Success Factors product tracks: Success Factors Certified Associate& Success Factors Certified Professional. But certification comes next to the expertise, experience and knowledge in Success Factors in order to get the job.

What’s Training plan? [training-grooming-supporting]?
